In order to classify and manage different tracking, we‘ve defined three tracking types, which are:
Waiting for tracking/ Valid tracking/ Invalid tracking (In Completed and Archived folders, there would be no orders waiting for tracking as the tracking numbers in these two folders will no longer be tracked).
Waiting for tracking: Due to the limitation of the tracking quota, sometimes the synchronized orders amount would be more than the quota. In that case, our system will automatically track the first 1000 orders, and the rest would be waiting for tracking.
Valid tracking: The system auto-detected that the tracking number is valid and the tracking results are shown and they also can match one of our tracking status: Not found, In transit, Pick up, Undelivered, Delivered, Alert, Expired.
Invalid tracking: The tracking number is incorrect or unknown, which will require to designate carriers manually. Otherwise, it will remain as Invalid Tracking.
