Kindly note that international shipping takes time. If the shipper did not use speed post or express service, a registered mail/parcel or ePacket would take about the same amount of time as the ordinary packages; the only difference is that they are traceable and therefore safer.
For registered mails, it usually takes about 2-4 weeks to overseas countries and 1-3 weeks by ePacket shipping method, 1-3 weeks by EMS. It is highly dependent on the customs clearance process as well.
