17 Seller Center provides one-stop package tracking, auto-notification, and other services for global sellers. It supports connecting Aliexpress, eBay, Dhgate, Amazon, Shopify, Woocommerce, Shopee, Lazada stores, and supports tracking packages of 400+ carriers.
How to Use 17 Seller Center
1. Connect Stores and sync orders or add tracking numbers directly.
Before using Seller Center, you need to connect stores from different marketplaces first. The system will automatically sync order information from stores and track the package information.
Step 1: Connect Stores on Store Management page
Step 2: View tracking information on Tracking Management page
For marketplaces not supported by Seller Center, you can directly add or import the tracking number.
2. Auto Send Notification ( email / inmail )
Preset conditions according to package tracking information, and send shipment notices, pickup notices, abnormity notices, review reminders, etc. to the buyer.
Step 1: Click on Features > Email or Message ( Dhgate, Aliexpress, eBay ) according to your request.
Step 2: Select the notification you would like to send and Click on Create Rule to preset conditions for sending automatically.
Also, you can also preset conditions according to the order status and send payment reminders to buyers.
