How to use？
We auto-sync your customers' email addresses from your order information, you can manage your customers on the All Customers list.
Add your customer group
Step 1：Go to All Customers > Select customers > Click on Add to a new customer group
Step 2：Enter the group name and click on Confirm to create a customer group
Customize email content with FREE templates
Step 1：Go to Marketing > Email Template > Click on Create
Step 2：Select a reference template > and you will be directed to Create Template page

Click on the image or words to change them, also you can insert the link into the image or button
Create a marketing campaign to send emails in bulk to specific customer groups
Step 1：Go to EDM marketing campaign > Click on Create
Step 2：Enter the required information, select the customer group and email template > click on Confirm
Once the campaign is created, the email will be sent to the customers if it is time to send.
Tips:
You can send a test email to yourself first to check if the template edited is ok for you.
