Why the amount of the synced orders is inconsistent with my system?

Some users might find that the amount of the synced orders in 17TRACK Seller Center is inconsistent with the amount of the users' ERP background. Below is the explanation:

1. The system will only synchronize the orders that have been sent in recent three months, but not all the orders.
2. The orders will be synced every two hours. It might be possible that the new orders generated within these two hours are not synced.
3. It might be possible that the synced orders are already marked as Completed or Archived automatically by the system.
