Instructions on how to bind your Amazon shop and add your tracking numbers in batch

Here are some important notes for Amazon merchants:

Due to the reason that FBM orders cannot be obtained from Amazon, you will need to import your orders and tracking numbers manually.

Instructions

1. Firstly, bind your Amazon shop. Please view the instruction manual of how to bind an Amazon shop if necessary.
2. After your shop has already been bound successfully, please go to Track page; click Add numbers(+) in the right top corner.
3. Download the import template and fill in order IDs and tracking numbers. 
4. Upload the file for automatic tracking.
