what can I do if I accidentally submitted the wrong inquiry?

If you accidentally submitted the wrong inquiry, no need to worry, you can follow our instructions to re-submit the inquiry.

Retract inquiry

1. Go to My inquiry > , find the wrong inquiry you submitted. Click the Stop button.
2. Follow the notes of the pop-up, choose or enter the reason and then click Confirm to retract the inquiry. 

Republish

Find a similar inquiry in the list of My inquiry >In bidding, click the Copy button to quickly copy an inquiry with identical content. You only need to revise some information based on the actual situation to republish one.
