Custom shop
Sellers can add custom shops for the manually added tracking numbers, which can be distinguished from most platform shops supported for order synchronization by 17TRACK currently. For sellers that own the shops or self-built webstores that have not been supported for order synchronization by 17TRACK yet, now you can add custom shops to batch track your orders.
Default custom shop
Hoping to help the sellers manage the batch added tracking numbers, our system will create a default custom shop named Other. The shop cannot be deleted. It can be used to classify the batch added tracking numbers.
Add a custom shop
- Log in your 17TRACK seller account, click Shop Management. The added platform shops and custom shops are shown in this page. A default custom shop named Other is automatically created by our system.
- Click Add a shop in the right top corner. You can add a platform shop (that is supported by 17TRACK for order synchronization) or a custom shop.
- Click Add custom shop. Enter the name of the custom shop according to the hint to complete the process.
- The added custom shop will be shown in the custom shop list under the Shop Management You can re-name or unbind the custom shop here.
