As a carrier, what can I do if I accidentally filled in the wrong price for the inquiry in bidding?

If you accidentally filled in the wrong bidding information, no need to worry, you can follow our instructions to participate in the bidding again.

Locate the quote

You can view the bidding you participated in in Freight Quote > Bidding panel > In bidding. Find the wrong quote you filled in before; click View details.

Retract quote

In the page Bidding details, click the button Retract at the bottom of the page.

After you retract the quote, if you need to participate in the bidding again, you can click the button Participate again.
