In order to classify and manage different types of tracking, we've defined four tracking types, which are:
Insufficient quota/ Valid tracking/ Invalid tracking/ Excluded tracking
For orders of Excluded tracking, they will be marked as Completed by the system; therefore, there will be no orders of Excluded tracking in the Track page. In the pages of Completed and Archived parcels, there would be no orders waiting for tracking as the tracking numbers in these two pages will no longer be tracked.
- Insufficient quota: Due to the limitation of your tracking quota, sometimes the synchronized numbers amount would be more than your quota. In that case, our system will automatically track the numbers within the quota, while the rest would be waiting for tracking.
- Valid tracking: The carriers of the tracking numbers can be detected by the system.
- Invalid tracking: The tracking number is incorrect or the carrier of it needs to be designated manually.
- Excluded tracking: Due to the reason that the system will automatically synchronize your orders from your shop, hoping not to waste your tracking quota, you can set some carriers that you do not want to track so the numbers of those carriers will be excluded for tracking. The excluded orders will be directly processed to the Completed Parcels page, which can be activated for tracking manually.
