I found a suspicious bad buyer, why can't it be searched on 17TRACK?

The possible reason is below:

1. The bad buyers can only be searched by the ID, phone number or e-mail address. If you still cannot find it, please confirm whether the information you entered is correct or not.
2. 17TRACK will continuously collect the data of the bad buyers. If you cannot find the buyer, it does not mean that the buyer is trustworthy; it might be possible that so far no sellers have reported the buyer on 17TRACK yet.
3. If you are sure that the buyer is a bad buyer, you can log in your seller account to report the user.
