Completed
- For invalid tracking parcels, if the numbers or carriers of them have not been changed for 20 days, the system will automatically mark them as Completed.
- For parcels in the tracking list, if the tracking information has not been updated for 7 days, the system will automatically mark them as Completed.
Archived
- For parcels have been completed for more than 3 days, the system will automatically mark them as Archived.
For Completed and Archived orders, the system will no longer track them; however, for Completed orders, you can still manually reactivate them to continue automatic tracking.
Please note: You can set the time (mark the parcels as Completed or Archived) in the settings.
