If you receive an error tip such as "Web error" or "Service error", it normally means we are having troubles connecting to the carrier's database. "Web Error" Or "Service Error" occurs mostly because the carrier's website/data access is temporarily unavailable or under scheduled maintenance and we cannot get an instantaneous return from them.
Apart from a few under developed countries' postal IT system, most of these carriers' services would bounce back within a few short hours. Therefore, you can try to track your parcel again later.
On the other hand, if you receive an error that says "Process error", please report to us.
