Yes, under normal circumstances, it will be, but the delivery may be delayed. Efficient delivery is based on the accurate, complete and clearly marked address details.
Parcels are sorted and handled for several times during transportation before they are delivered to you. If the address is insufficient or incorrect, the parcels may be redirected to the wrong sorting distribution center and therefore delayed. Furthermore, if there are no address details, your parcel will be marked as "undeliverable as addressed" or "insufficient address- return to sender".
