Demon Network Tech Co., Ltd (“17TRACK”) provides access to certain premium features or content (collectively or individually, subject to individual or ongoing payment of fees). This is called "Subscription service". Transactions for the use of this Subscription Service by Customer shall be conducted with 17TRACK. This Subscription service includes 17TRACK feature-based subscriptions, and other services offered by 17TRACK in the future.
1. Customer consent
By using this subscription service, you are agreeing to each of the following. (1) these Terms of Service, and (2) the 17TRACK Terms of Service , Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines applicable to your country / region, and other generally applicable terms of use. These documents are collectively referred to as the "Terms". Please read the terms and conditions carefully. If you do not understand the terms and conditions or you cannot accept any part of them, you cannot use this subscription service.
Each time you order one of this subscription service, you will enter into a separate agreement for the service under the Terms and Conditions . By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are willing to enter into a binding contract for the provision of the applicable subscription service.
2. Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed by going to Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
Cancellation of Subscription : If you are using this Paid Service with a subscription that is automatically renewed, you can request cancellation of the subscription at any time and the subscription will be canceled from the next billing period. In using this Paid Service, you shall not make or attempt the following:

Share your 17TRACK account password with a third party to allow access to the Paid Services that the third party has not ordered.

Modify or otherwise circumvent, reverse engineer, modify, suspend, or otherwise modify the security technology that 17TRACK uses to protect this Paid Service, or encourage or assist third parties to do so.
Access this Paid Service by any means other than authorized by 17TRACK
To delete the notice or display regarding the rights attached to this paid service
5. Change
Modifications or Termination of the Paid Service : 17TRACK reserves the right to change the availability of the Paid Service. In addition, 17TRACK may modify, suspend or terminate this Paid Service with or without prior notice, and any such modification, suspension or termination will be with respect to you and any third party. We do not take any responsibility. However, this will not affect your ability to request a refund as described above.
