Set an email template and auto-send rule, the system will send emails to buyers with the email template automatically if the conditions of the rule meet.
Set an Email template
Step 1
Go to Notifications > Email template > Click Create > Select a type of notification you would like to send, and click it

Fulfill the information required and click Confirm
Set an auto-send rule
Step 1
Go to Notifications > Scenario notification > Select a type of notification you would like to send and click it
Step 2
Fulfill the information required, select the email template you would like to send, and click Confirm
Now, you can check the rule you just set on Auto rules. The system will send emails automatically according to your auto rule.
