Tracking Quota Deduction:
- 100 free quotas per month, cleared at the end of the month and reset to 100 on the 1st of each month; not cumulative.
- 1 quota will be deducted per successful registration for a unique logistics tracking number and carrier match.
- If the same tracking number is registered with different carriers, each successful registration will deduct 1 quota. (e.g., if tracking number A is registered with carriers B and C, 2 quotas are deducted).
- Translating tracking traces will deduct 1 additional quota.
Notification Quota Deduction:
- 300 free notification quotas per month, cleared at the end of the month and reset to 300 on the 1st of each month; not cumulative.
- After exhausting free email quotas, the system will deduct from the shipments tracking quota. Each 2 email notifications will deduct 1 tracking quota.
*The email notification feature is disabled by default. To enable it, log in to your API account and activate it in the "Notifications" section of the main dashboard: Log In
Translation Feature Quota Deduction:
- Initial Registration: Specifying a translation language during registration will deduct 1 additional quota for successful translation (total of 2 quotas: registration + translation).
- Existing Tracking Numbers: Modifying the translation language for an already registered tracking number will deduct 1 additional quota for successful translation.

Others:
- No additional quota will be deducted for continuous tracking after successful registration; repeated API calls or automatic tracking incur no charges.
- Free to restart tracking once for stopped shipments; no quota deduction.*Why tracking stopped? How to restart it?
- Free for up to 5 changes to shipment carriers; no quota deduction.
- Quotas will be deducted again if a deleted tracking number is re-registered successfully.

Changing to a different translation language incurs no additional quota deduction if a language is already specified.
