系统操作信息 Operating Information
操作信息表示运输商还没有收到包裹；或者是运输商已收到包裹，但包裹还未被发出。大多数情况下，操作信息只是预上网信息，说明运输商已经收到包裹信息，但实际并未收到包裹；如果包裹状态长时间未更新，请直接联系卖家确认包裹是否实际发出。
常见的包裹预上网信息：
- Accepted/Mailed：已收件
- Pre-advised：包裹信息预上网
- Pre-advice Received 收到预先通知
- Pre-registered/Pre-registrado：包裹信息已登记
- Info-received收到信息
- Electronic notification of shipment：装运电子通知，包裹开始打包运送
- Electronic Notification Received收到电子通知
- Item is announced项目已公布
- data centre, Order information has been transmitted to：包裹信息已发送至运输商
- The item information was created by the seller 商品信息由卖家创建
- Parcel Data Received包裹数据已收到
- Post received the information邮件收到了信息
- The item information was created by the seller该商品信息由卖家创建
- Shipping information received已收到发货信息
- Notification of shipment confirmation发货确认通知
- Received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece收到通知，原邮局正在准备发送此邮件

常见的包裹接收信息：
- Item received by courier/Acceptance/Posted：运输商已接收包裹
- The Item is at the shippers warehouse：包裹已到达仓库
- Received from Customer从客户收到
- Posted at origin
- Posting/Collection：包裹已收集
- Picked up/Collected
- Arrived origin post office：到达发件局
- Insert item into bag：包裹打包
- Item posted
- Processed at the sorting center
- Origin Post is preparing shipment
- Item is ready for transport

- Item is at the shipper’s warehouse
离开原发件国信息 Departure Information
运输商收到包裹后将包裹处理分拣发出；邮政包裹的运输时长通常取决于运输商的分布网络，海关检查，航班安排等等；因此，邮政包裹的运输时长相对较久，物流信息状态更新缓慢，建议收件人耐心等待，必要时直接联系卖家求助。以下列举一些常见的包裹离开信息，表示包裹已从发件地区/国家发出，但还未到达目的地。
- Send item abroad (EDI-received)：表明包裹已经发出，其物流信息已经同步到目的地的邮政系统，因此目的地的查询系统也能查到该包裹的跟踪信息
- Send item abroad (export)：已出口
- Departure to country of destination：发往目的地
- On transport to the country of destination
- Departure from outward office of exchange
- Departure scan：离开

到达目的地国家信息 Arrival Information
包裹到达目的地后，物流信息会更新类似以下列出的到达信息。这种情况下，建议收件人直接联系当地的运输商，咨询详细的物流信息或者协商包裹派送时间。
- Arrival Scan：包裹到达扫描
- Import：进口
- Incoming mail
- Inb：已到达目的地地区/国家
- The item has been processed in the country of destination：目的地国家已经处理该包裹
- Import of international mail
- Arrival from abroad
- Inbound item forwarded to delivery Post
- Arrived in the destination country
- Arrived at overseas：到达海外；这不表示包裹已经到达目的地地区/国家，很有可能只是到达中转国
海关信息 Customs Information
海关检查是国际运输中至关重要的一个步骤。通常情况下，包裹到达目的地地区/国家后，需要经过海关审查这一过程。如果包裹状态长时间未更新，收件人可以联系卖家获取海关需要的文件信息，或者联系当地的海关协助清关。需要注意寄往部分欧洲国家的包裹，如果物流信息上显示包裹被扣关了，收件人需要联系卖家提供相应的发票或者包裹描述；同时，如果包裹长时间未被认领，包裹将被销毁，请注意认领期限。以下列举一些常见的海关信息：

当地派送信息 Last-mile Delivery Information
包裹到达目的地地区/国家后，将被转送至最终的派送局。收件人可以联系运输商咨询取件地址，或者耐心等待邮递员派送包裹。如果包裹派送延迟或者收件人没有收到包裹，请直接联系当地运输商咨询相关信息；需要注意的是，如果邮局通知取件人到指定地址取件，请注意提货期限，以防包裹长期未被认领而被退回。

未妥投状态 Unsuccessful Delivery Information
包裹投递失败一般因为这些原因：派送时间无法联系收件人；派送延迟，重新安排派送时间；收件人要求延迟派送；地址错误，等等。这种情况下，建议收件人直接联系当地运输商协商重新派送时间；协商提货地点；或者修改地址。自行提货请注意提货期限，以免包裹被退回。以下列举部分常见的包裹投递失败信息：
- Redirected：重新派送
- Undelivered as addressed：因为地址问题无法派送
- The recipient was not present：收件人不在
- Did not properly cast：未妥投
- Attempted/Failed Delivery：投递失败
- Delivery failure
- Delivery incomplete
- Item being held
- Item not delivered
- Available to collect：可以提货
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt
- Consignee address not correct：地址错误
- An attempt to deliver your item：尝试投递
- Unable to deliver as there was no access to the delivery address
- The address given on the item is incorrect
- Impossible to locate the addressee's place of stay
- The addressee does not reside at the given address
- Incorrect/illegible/incomplete address：地址不正确/不合法/不完整
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Notice left：大部分情况下，如果收件人不在，邮递员会留下便条通知，收件人需联系当地邮局协商重新派送时间
- Delivery failure, Addressee has p.o.box, Addressee advised to pick up the item：通知收件人自提包裹
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt, Impossible to contact customer for information
- Refusal of payment customs charges ：拒付关税，无法投递
异常状态 Exception Information
大多数情况下，包裹出现这些情况时会被退件：包裹长时间未被认领；地址信息错误或不完整；海关问题；包裹丢失/损伤等等。如果包裹正在被退回或者已经退回至卖家，收件人需直接联系卖家协商解决方案。以下是部分常见的包裹异常信息：
- Item not allowed (x-ray) and rejected：这表示包裹包含违禁品，没有通过X光的扫描，被退回
- Exchange Bureau, has imported opening：互换局，已出口开拆
- Item refused by addressee - Item returned to sender：收件人拒收包裹，包裹退回
- Missed delivery - returned to sender
- Return to sender
- Addressee being notified
- Being returned
- Import each other (internal transit)：已进口互封
- Exception：异常
- The item is being returned to the sender：包裹正被退回
- Item unclaimed：包裹未被认领
- Return to sender, Addressee cannot be located
- Prohibited articles：违禁品
签收信息 Final Delivery Information
签收信息表示包裹已经被成功派送和签收。如果收件人没有收到包裹，建议收件人联系运输商获取签收信息；或者直接联系卖家协商解决方案。大多数情况下，包裹会被派送至邮政信箱或者被他人签收，收件人需和运输商仔细确认。
