系統操作信息 Operating Information
操作信息表示運輸商還沒有收到包裹；或者運輸商已收到包裹，但包裹還未被發出。多數情況下，操作信息只是預上網信息，說明運輸商已經收到包裹信息，但實際並未收到包裹；如果包裹狀態長時間未更新，請直接聯繫賣家確認包裹是否實際發出。
常見的包裹預上網信息：
- Accepted/Mailed：已收件
- Pre-advised：包裹信息預上網
- Pre-advice Received
- Pre-registered/Pre-registrado：包裹信息已登記
- Info-received
- Electronic notification of shipment：裝運電子通知，包裹開始打包運送
- Electronic Notification Received
- Item is announced
- data centre, Order information has been transmitted to：包裹信息已發送至運輸商
- The item information was created by the seller
- Parcel Data Received
- Post received the information
- The item information was created by the seller
- Shipping information received
- Notification of shipment confirmation
- Received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece

- Arrived origin post office：到達發件局
- Insert item into bag：包裹打包
- Item posted
- Processed at the sorting center

離開原發件國信息 Departure Information
運輸商收到包裹後將包裹處理分揀發出；郵政包裹的運輸時長通常取決於運輸商的分佈網絡，海關檢查，航班安排等等；因此，郵政包裹的運輸時長相對較久，物流信息狀態更新緩慢，建議收件人耐心等待，必要時直接聯繫賣家求助。以下列舉一些常見的包裹離開信息，表示包裹已從發件地區/國家發出，但還未到達目的地。
- Send item abroad (EDI-received)：表明包裹已經發出，其物流信息已經同步到目的地的郵政系統，因此目的地的查詢系統也能查到該包裹的跟踪信息
- Send item abroad (export)：已出口
- Departure to country of destination：發往目的地
- On transport to the country of destination
- Departure from outward office of exchange
- Departure scan：離開

到達目的地國家信息 Arrival Information
包裹到達目的地後，物流信息會更新類似以下列出的到達信息。這種情況下，建議收件人直接聯繫當地的運輸商，諮詢詳細的物流信息或者協商包裹派送時間。
- Arrival Scan：包裹到達掃描
- Import：進口
- Incoming mail
- Inb：已到達目的地地區/國家
- The item has been processed in the country of destination：目的地國家已經處理該包裹
- Import of international mail
- Arrival from abroad
- Inbound item forwarded to delivery Post
- Arrived in the destination country
- Arrived at overseas：到達海外；這不表示包裹已經到達目的地地區/國家，很有可能只是到達中轉國
海關信息 Customs Information
海關檢查是國際運輸中至關重要的一個步驟。通常情況下，包裹到達目的地地區/國家後，需要經過海關審查這一過程。如果包裹狀態長時間未更新，收件人可以聯繫賣家獲取海關需要的文件信息，或者聯繫當地的海關協助清關。需要注意寄往部分歐洲國家的包裹，如果物流信息上顯示包裹被扣關了，收件人需要聯繫賣家提供相應的發票或者包裹描述；同時，如果包裹長時間未被認領，包裹將被銷毀，請注意認領期限。以下列舉一些常見的海關信息：

當地派送信息 Last-mile Delivery Information
包裹到達目的地地區/國家後，將被轉送至最終的派送局。收件人可以聯繫運輸商諮詢取件地址，或者耐心等待郵遞員派送包裹。如果包裹派送延遲或者收件人沒有收到包裹，請直接聯繫當地運輸商諮詢相關信息；需要注意的是，如果郵局通知取件人到指定地址取件，請注意提貨期限，以防包裹長期未被認領而被退回。

未妥投狀態 Unsuccessful Delivery Information
包裹投遞失敗一般因為這些原因：派送時間無法聯繫收件人；派送延遲，重新安排派送時間；收件人要求延遲派送；地址錯誤，等等。這種情況下，建議收件人直接聯繫當地運輸商協商重新派送時間；協商提貨地點；或者修改地址。自行提貨請注意提貨期限，以免包裹被退回。以下列舉部分常見的包裹投遞失敗信息：
- Redirected：重新派送
- Undelivered as addressed：因為地址問題無法派送
- The recipient was not present：收件人不在
- Did not properly cast：未妥投
- Attempted/Failed Delivery：投遞失敗
- Delivery failure
- Delivery incomplete
- Item being held
- Item not delivered
- Available to collect：可以提貨
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt
- Consignee address not correct：地址錯誤
- An attempt to deliver your item：嘗試投遞
- Unable to deliver as there was no access to the delivery address
- The address given on the item is incorrect
- Impossible to locate the addressee's place of stay
- The addressee does not reside at the given address
- Incorrect/illegible/incomplete address：地址不正確/不合法/不完整
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Notice left：大部分情況下，如果收件人不在，郵遞員會留下便條通知，收件人需聯繫當地郵局協商重新派送時間
- Delivery failure, Addressee has p.o.box, Addressee advised to pick up the item：通知收件人自提包裹
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt, Impossible to contact customer for information
- Refusal of payment customs charges：拒付關稅，無法投遞
異常狀態 Exception Information
大多數情況下，包裹出現這些情況時會被退件：包裹長時間未被認領；地址信息錯誤或不完整；海關問題；包裹丟失/損傷等等。如果包裹正在被退回或者已經退回至賣家，收件人需直接聯繫賣家協商解決方案。以下是部分常見的包裹異常信息：
- Item not allowed (x-ray) and rejected：這表示包裹包含違禁品，沒有通過X光的掃描，被退回
- Exchange Bureau, has imported opening：互換局，已出口開拆
- Item refused by addressee - Item returned to sender：收件人拒收包裹，包裹退回
- Missed delivery - returned to sender
- Return to sender
- Addressee being notified
- Being returned
- Import each other (internal transit)：已進口互封
- Exception：異常
- The item is being returned to the sender：包裹正被退回
- Item unclaimed：包裹未被認領
- Return to sender, Addressee cannot be located

簽收信息 Final Delivery Information
簽收信息表示包裹已經被成功派送和簽收。如果收件人沒有收到包裹，建議收件人聯繫運輸商獲取簽收信息；或者直接聯繫賣家協商解決方案。大多數情況下，包裹會被派送至郵政信箱或者被他人簽收，收件人需和運輸商仔細確認。
