17TRACK advises using API integration for automated bulk order tracking. When technical resources for API integration are not available, the batch import-export feature in the account backend provides an alternative for batch tracking.
The process is the same for both backend and API tracking: start by subscribing to the tracking numbers, then receive the query results.
Steps for Backend Tracking:
- Log in to the API account backend: Login | 17TRACK
- Click "Tracking" in the menu bar to access the tracking panel. All registered tracking numbers will be displayed in the tracking list, where actions such as registering numbers, stopping tracking, and deleting can be performed.
3. For a small number of tracking numbers, register them by clicking "Add Number" in the top right corner.
4. For a large volume of tracking numbers, use the batch import-export feature. Click "Import Table" in the top right corner to download the table template, fill in the required shipment details, and upload the file for tracking.
* Do not change the template headers when filling in tracking numbers. Altering the template may cause the import to fail.
