1. API Tracking Stoppage Policy:
- Successfully Delivered Shipments: Tracking stops 15 days after delivery if there are no data changes.
- No Event Change Shipments: Tracking stops automatically after 30 days of no event changes.
*Stopped tracking numbers will remain in the account for 90 days and will be deleted after this period if there are no updates.
2. How to Restart Tracking:

Account Backend (Small Volume):
- Log in to the API account: Log In , and click "Tracking" on the menu bar.
- Select the shipments to restart and click "Re-track" in the operation panel. Up to 40 shipments can be restarted at a time.
- The system will return data within 10 minutes after restarting tracking.
