If a tracking number is registered with an incorrect carrier, 17TRACK permits up to 5 free corrections. Here’s how to make corrections:
1. Modify via the API Account Backend (Small Volume) :
- Log in to the API account backend: Log In.
- Click "Tracking" in the top right corner to access the tracking panel, where all registered tracking numbers are displayed. Actions such as registration, stopping tracking, and deletion can be performed here.
- Click on the carrier, search for the correct carrier in the popup, and confirm.
- After updating the carrier, tracking information will be updated within several minutes with data from the correct carrier.
2. Modify via the API Interface (Large Volume):
